eLight Vantage AI Agent Services

Turn enterprise context into governed action.

eLight Vantage is an AI collaboration and execution layer above your existing systems. It helps teams retrieve authorized context, prepare work, confirm consequential actions, and write back with control.

See the governed task chain

The operating outcome

Move beyond answers to work people can safely use.

Turn context into action

Bring authorized data and knowledge together as recommendations, materials, tasks, and next steps.

Keep people in control

Separate suggestions from execution and require human confirmation at consequential steps.

Work with existing systems

Operate above systems of record rather than replacing CRM, OA, HRIS, ERP, or approval workflows.

Scale from evidence

Use adoption, quality, cost, and business results to decide what should move beyond a focused pilot.

Governed task chain

Control is designed into every step.

Human review and controlled action are separate stages. The Agent does not directly hold an unrestricted account to your core systems.

01

Context

Establish identity, permissions, the task, and relevant enterprise context.

02

Generate

Retrieve within the authorized scope and create a recommendation or draft.

03

Check

Evaluate quality, safety, rules, confidence, and the requested tool action.

04

Human Review

Ask the responsible person to inspect, edit, approve, or stop the action.

05

Controlled Action

Use governed tools, dry-run when appropriate, and write back to the system of record.

06

Audit & Learn

Record the action and review quality, cost, adoption, and business outcomes.

Where to begin

Choose one valuable, reachable workflow.

A strong first use case has a clear owner, frequent work, accessible context, controllable risk, and a path to repeatable adoption.

Current priority

GTM & Sales

Evaluate workflows such as market intelligence, account prioritization, meeting preparation, follow-up structuring, and controlled CRM write-back.

Common evaluation path

HR service operations

Explore explanations, knowledge support, and case routing while keeping compensation, performance, and employment decisions with authorized people.

Common evaluation path

IT & workplace operations

Support knowledge questions, issue classification, resolution suggestions, and ticket routing with confirmation for access or asset changes.

One task, multiple views

Useful to teams. Legible to leaders.

The people doing the work and the people accountable for the investment need different evidence from the same operating flow.

Frontline teams

QuestionWhat should I do next, and what material do I need?

ExperiencePrioritized work, prepared context, editable drafts, and clear next steps.

Team leaders

QuestionWhere is work moving, stalling, or creating risk?

ExperienceTeam activity, pipeline health, adoption signals, and drill-down views.

Business leaders

QuestionIs the use case producing evidence worth scaling?

ExperienceBusiness outcomes, capacity value, resource choices, and ROI review.

IT & security

QuestionHow do identity, data, tools, and recovery stay controlled?

ExperiencePermission models, data boundaries, audit events, testing, and rollback.

Pilot readiness

Set the conditions before building.

The first decision is not which model to use. It is whether the workflow, ownership, data, controls, and measures are ready for a bounded test.

A named business owner

Someone accountable for the workflow, users, decisions, and outcome.

A focused task chain

A recurring problem that is valuable, understandable, and narrow enough to test.

Reachable data and systems

Representative samples, field definitions, interfaces, and access constraints.

A current baseline

How the work performs today, before AI changes the process.

Review and risk owners

The people who define approval points, prohibited actions, and escalation paths.

Success measures

Adoption, quality, governance, cost, and business indicators agreed before the pilot.

Frequently asked questions

Start with the boundaries.

Is Vantage another CRM or workflow system?

No. Systems of record, formal approvals, and core execution remain in your existing environment. Vantage adds a governed collaboration and execution layer above them.

Can an Agent take actions without review?

Low-risk behavior can be designed within agreed controls, but consequential write-backs should be dry-run and human-confirmed. Payments, contracts, compensation, permissions, and similar high-risk actions are not positioned as unattended defaults.

Do we need to prepare all of our data first?

Usually not. A focused pilot starts with the minimum data, rules, examples, and systems needed for one task chain. Broader data work should follow demonstrated gaps and value.

How quickly can we run a pilot?

Timing depends on the scenario, interfaces, deployment, security review, and customer readiness. Scope and timing are confirmed only after discovery; they are not a fixed website promise.

How is ROI evaluated?

The baseline, data source, attribution window, and success threshold are agreed before the pilot. Capacity released and verified financial impact are reported separately.
